Honda Cars India is all set to
launch its first MPV in India. It is a seven-seater MPV produced by
Japanese automaker, expected to be launched in July 2014, while Maruti
Suzuki has already launched Ertiga in India.
Honda Cars India is all set to launch its first MPV in India. It is a seven-seater MPV produced by Japanese automaker, expected to be launched in July 2014. Mobilio is the most awaited upcoming Honda MPV. This car will be offered in both petrol and diesel versions with 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol and the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engines which makes it most fuel efficient car of the segment.
In this same segment Maruti Suzuki has already launched Ertiga in India. This car is based on Powerful, responsive engine, advanced technology for better performance. This Seven- Seater MPV looks stylish, all come together this car is a total Value for money and is well accepted in the Indian market.
The Honda Mobilio competes with the Maruti Ertiga, Ertiga has already done well in Indian Market and has a good sales till now. Honda is planning to launch Mobilio at prices starting from approximately INR 7.5 lakhs for India, while the base model of Maruti Ertiga ie LXi BS-IV is available at INR 6.43 lakh. Honda Mobilio claims to give a mileage of 23Kmpl against 20Kmpl of Maruti Ertiga for their respective diesel variants.
